Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that the following return and refund policy applies only to purchases made through our online store.

For any customized or bulk orders placed directly through our sales team, separate policies and agreements will be arranged based on your specific requirements. Please consult your sales representative for details regarding returns, refunds, or warranties for these orders.

Manufacturer Warranty

All of our welding parts are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products that remain unused and in their original, unaltered condition.


Please note: The warranty does not cover any products that have been fabricated, modified, or altered in any way after purchase.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged upon reception, please contact us immediately.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to our address.
  • No restocking fee applies.
  • A full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

Items in Good Condition (Non-Defective)

  • If you wish to return an item that is not defective, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Ship the item to our address above.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom products (such as special orders) are not eligible for return. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 calendar days. Processing times for your bank or credit card company may vary.
